Physiotherapist

Hand to Health is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our clinic team and help patients improve movement, manage pain, recover from injury and build confidence in their bodies.

About this Role

This role would suit a Physiotherapist who values personalised care, functional outcomes and a hands-on approach to treatment. You will work with a broad range of patients, supporting them through assessment, treatment, education and rehabilitation.

Your Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapist at Hand to Health, you will be responsible for:

Assessing and treating a range of musculoskeletal conditions
Developing tailored treatment and rehabilitation plans
Providing hands-on therapy where appropriate
Prescribing exercises to support recovery, strength, mobility and function
Educating patients on injury management, posture, movement and prevention
Supporting patients with short-term recovery and longer-term health goals
Maintaining accurate patient notes and clinical records
Communicating with GPs, specialists and allied health professionals where required
Working collaboratively with the wider Hand to Health team
Helping create a safe, supportive and welcoming patient experience
