Remedial Massage Therapist

Hand to Health is seeking a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist to join our team and provide personalised massage therapy to our patients.

About this Role

This role would suit a therapist who is professional, caring and confident in tailoring treatments to suit each individual. You will support patients with a range of needs, including muscle tension, recovery, relaxation, sports-related concerns and general wellbeing.

As part of Hand to Health, you will work within a fresh, welcoming and patient-focused clinic environment. You may also have the opportunity to collaborate with our Chiropractic and allied health practitioners where appropriate, helping patients receive more coordinated care.

A minimum Certificate IV qualification is required.

Your Responsibilities

As a Remedial Massage Therapist at Hand to Health, you will be responsible for:

Providing high-quality Remedial Massage treatments
Taking the time to understand each patient’s needs and treatment goals
Tailoring massage techniques to suit individual conditions and preferences
Supporting patients with muscle tension, recovery, relaxation and wellbeing
Communicating clearly with patients before, during and after treatment
Maintaining a safe, clean and professional treatment environment
Keeping accurate treatment notes and records
Working collaboratively with other practitioners where appropriate
Providing a welcoming and respectful patient experience
Upholding Hand to Health’s professional standards and care-focused approach
